Skyline Benefit grew from a straightforward idea: people should be able to understand the insurance decisions that affect their health, family, or workforce.

Before founding the agency, David Keum spent more than 15 years in insurance finance, including leadership roles at a group health brokerage and a major insurance carrier after beginning his career at KPMG.

That carrier, brokerage, and financial perspective became an independent Fullerton agency focused on practical guidance. Today, Skyline Benefit helps with individual health, Medicare, employee benefits, and global health insurance—and remains available after enrollment.
