Eligibility Requirements
- This plan covers businesses with 1 to 100 full time employees in California.
- You must conduct business in one of the service areas.
- You need minimum 50% of eligible employees within the service areas.
- Employers may select up to three Cigna + Oscar plans. There are no restrictions
on the combination of plan options. - You need at least one common law employee other than you or your spouse.
