Who can enroll in Health Net Plan F, High Deductible F, or Innovative F?

These Plan F options are available only if you first became eligible for Medicare before January 1, 2020. You must also meet Health Net’s current California eligibility and enrollment requirements.

How are Innovative F and Innovative G different from the standard plans?

Both Innovative plans add routine vision and hearing benefits. Innovative G also includes up to 20 combined routine chiropractic and acupuncture visits per calendar year. Benefit limits, provider rules, and member costs apply.

Does Health Net Plan G cover the Medicare Part B deductible?

No. Plan G covers the listed standardized Medicare cost sharing after you pay the annual Medicare Part B deductible. It does cover Medicare Part B excess charges.

What cost sharing applies with Health Net Plan N?

Plan N may require up to a $20 copay for some office visits and up to a $50 copay for emergency room visits that do not result in an inpatient admission. Plan N does not cover Medicare Part B excess charges.

How does Health Net High Deductible Plan F work?

High Deductible Plan F provides the same covered benefits as Plan F after you pay the $2,950 calendar-year plan deductible for 2026. A separate $250 deductible applies to foreign travel emergency benefits.

Does Health Net offer a New to Part B discount?

Eligible members who apply within six months of their Medicare Part B effective date may receive $30 off the monthly premium for the first 12 months. Health Net’s eligibility and policy-maintenance rules apply.

What affects Health Net Medicare Supplement Plan G rates in California?

Health Net Plan G premiums can vary by age, California county or ZIP rating region, tobacco status, effective date, eligibility, and available discounts. Request a personalized rate for your location before applying.

Do Health Net Medicare Supplement plans include prescription drug coverage?

No. Medicare Supplement plans sold today do not include outpatient prescription drug coverage. You can consider a separate Medicare Part D plan based on your medications and preferred pharmacies.
